SiteTech Systems, developer of the web-based GIS application OneSource, has joined ESRI, the world leader in geographic information system (GIS), as a Data Solution OEM (DSO) provider in its Business Partner Program. Information available through this partnership with ESRI and OneSource will prove especially beneficial for Commercial Agents and Developers in planning growth trends for selected properties.

By embedding ESRI data, SiteTech Systems will enhance OneSource’s data sources to serve customer needs and provide data for a variety of uses, such as site selection, customer analysis, growth projections, and target marketing.

With the integration of ESRI's demographic data into SiteTech System’s proprietary web-based application OneSource, clients will have access to additional layers of information. According to Schmidt, the level of demographic data available will be fully incorporated into the interactive map application as multiple layers. Customers can select the layers that represent the demographic data that they are keenly interested in and generate reports with those layers. Schmidt is unaware of any other research application that enables the end user to be as interactive with the data.

Through OneSource, users can access the ESRI data to determine aggregated growth rate, calculate trends and projections, generate commercial or residential reports.
