The lack of a consolidated information system referencing both market and physical property data has been a problem in the real estate industry for decades. For the past twelve years, John Jobson and Jim Parker have committed themselves to solving that dilemma and making property research a more efficient and effective process. Their efforts have resulted in a select staff of highly specialized professionals in the areas of geographic information systems (GIS), information technology and customer service. Thanks to the combined experience of Parker, Jobson and the entire staff, SiteTech OneSource internet research system now offers the most innovative and complete real estate research system in the country.

Kerri Partin
GIS Specialist/Trainer
With a versatile background, Kerri brings a highly professional level of customer service to everyone who calls our office. She also provides training to all new OneSource subscribers. Additionally, she creates and maintains the demographic reports and layers along with creating/maintaining additional layers within the OneSource application.
Lynn Hetzer
Accounts Receivable/Accounts Payable
Lynn has become instrumental in many different areas of Site Tech Systems. Her nearly 15 years experience as a hotel Operations Manager has given her a diverse skill set. She is responsible for accounts receivable, accounts payables, and renewal of exisiting subscribers.

Todd Woodard
Chief Operating Officer / Principal
Todd has served as Chief Operating Officer and owner since February, 2007. A proven leader with more than 20 years of experience, Todd has successfully built, grown, and restructured businesses in the consumer finance industry with experience in B2B and B2C business models and BPO (Business Process Outsourcing). As President and CEO of GE Consumer Finance's home loan business, Todd led the initiative to re-enter the mortgage lending business. He successfully built and managed four sales centers and a centralized operation center consisting of 450 employees with revenues totaling $30 million. Prior to GE, Todd served as president of Mill Creek Service Corporation (f.k.a. Conseco Finance) where he managed and grew a P&L of $6 billion in managed assets, 900 origination and servicing employees, and two bank entities for the companies private label credit card, sales finance, and home improvement businesses. During his eight year tenure, he led the start-up and growth of the company's Private Label Credit Card organization to the 4th largest issuer of private label credit cards. Additionally, Todd has work experience from Household Finance Corporation, American Express and Goodyear Tire and Rubber. Todd is involved in his local church and serves on the Board of Visitors at Coastal Carolina University's Wall School of Business. Todd received a B.S. in Industrial Engineering from North Carolina State University.
Jim Parker
Co-founder
Jim is one of the founders of the Company and serves as the President of SiteTech Systems. Energy, enthusiasm and attention to detail, mark Jim's 25 years of experience in real estate sales and brokerage management. A majority of Jim's career has been in commercial brokerage performing site search and selection for expanding national companies. Jim's experience in research, report and presentation of critical property information continues to influence the OneSource application. Jim's focus is on enhancing OneSource for our customers ever changing needs and growth into new markets.
John Jobson
Co-founder
John is one of the founders of the company and serves as Vice President of Research and Development. Resourcefulness and creativity has been the mainframe of John's 32 year real estate career. From his experience in architecture to building and owning real estate sales companies, John has acquired an acute knowledge base from which to evaluate property research requirements. This awareness has impacted OneSource's ability to provide increasing value to the various real estate industries. His ability to conceptualize and design strategic solutions to merge information, people and technology resources to arrive at new and resourceful products has been the keys to the Company's product innovation and development. John received a B.E.T from Southern Polytechnic State University.

Bruce Williams
Strategic Sales Manager
Bruce brings over twenty years of technology sales experience to SiteTech Systems. Bruce has broad expertise in marketing hardware, software, professional services and systems integration projects for both established and entrepreneurial technology companies. Bruce has a MBA from Babson College in Wellesley, MA and is a degree candidate in Geospatial Intelligence at Penn State University.
Jerry Vaughn
Territory Manager - Triangle Region
Jerry brings a strong background in product development, real estate research and use of GIS in understanding market dynamics. Prior to joining SiteTech Systems, Jerry was Strategic Marketing Manager at Centex Homes. Jerry received a BS in Business Administration from UNC and his MBA from the Kenan-Fagler Business School.
John T Brothis
Sales Representative - Grand Strand Region
John brings over twenty years of broad experience in sales and managment to SiteTech Systems. Over the last eleven years, John has been active in the Grand Stand real estate industry serving various roles ranging from residential agent, new home sales, to Broker in Charge/Manager. John is active in the Shriners and other local charities. John is a licensed real estate broker and received his degree in Management from Penn State.
Alan Moore
Sales Representative - Triangle Region
Alan has extensive experience in real estate development and site selection. Alan's experience includes commercial real estate sales, multi-state real estate development manager for Hardee's Food System, Inc., regional site selection manager for Ram Development Company in Palm Beach Gardens, FL, and as owner of Red Oak Realty Services. Alan has a BS in Soil Conservation from North Carolina State University.
Ashley A. McCoy
Sales Associate
Ashley has been involved in Real Estate for over ten years, and has held Real Estate Appraisal licenses in South Carolina and North Carolina. She brings a high degree of professionalism and dedication to her role at Site Tech Systems.

Pete Provencher
Database Administrator
Pete has been in computer technology for well over thirty years. His grasp of information and how to display, manage and manipulate data to accomplish needs is key to organizing massive amounts of data.
Patrick Rhodes
GIS Technician
Patrick comes to Site Tech as a GIS Technician, having previously worked as a GIS instructor. He holds GIS certifications from the State of Virginia Geospatial Institute as well as the Virginia Department of Labor. Patrick is primarily tasked with overseeing the acquisition and maintenance for GIS data for Site Tech markets.
Cory Barber
GIS Specialist
Cory has been with Site Tech for over a year and has taken the lead role in field collection for our in-house studies. He has years of experience in computer technology and has studied design and data construction. Cory's role within Site Tech has also grown to include GIS data creation processing.
Craig Coppola
Programmer
Craig brings his programming experience to us from businesses in the New York Metropolitan area including the Commissioner's Office of Major League Baseball. Craig's addition marks our commitment to develop the next version of OneSource system.
Chrissy Muller
Data Entry / Foreclosure Abstractor
Chrissy comes to us after more than a dozen years as a keyboarding specialist for the State of New York. She is responsible for maintaining up-to-date records for transferred properties in Horry County.
